About us
Crossroads was built on a personalized approach to rehabilitation for children, adolescents and adults.
Our speech language pathologists and audiologists work with people who have communication, swallowing, developmental and hearing disorders. The goal is simple: identify each person's needs and challenges, then provide the highest quality services so they can reach their full potential.
That care starts with your first scheduling call and carries through to your last session.
Why families choose Crossroads
Christie-Ann Conrad founded Crossroads in 1981 with a simple idea: every person deserves an approach built around them, so they can reach their full potential.
Clients are treated with care at every step, starting with the scheduling call.
Providers generally hold at least a master's degree, are ASHA certified and are state licensed.
The team keeps up with current therapy techniques through ongoing continuing education.
Services
Every plan starts with an evaluation. From there, therapy happens in the office or through teletherapy, whichever fits your family best.
Evaluations and therapy for children and adolescents, built around how your child learns. Parents stay in the loop so the work continues at home.
Request an evaluationSupport for adults working to get their words, voice or fluency back, including after a stroke. Professionals can also sharpen how they communicate at work.
Request an evaluationLicensed audiologists test hearing for adults and children, help you choose the right hearing aid, and keep it working. Help for ringing in the ears, too.
